Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, shredded, optional
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 cup whipping cream
Preparation:
Place shredded cabbage in a dish; cover and refrigerate for several hours. Mix together the salt, sugar, vinegar and whipping cream; toss with cabbage to blend well.
Chill coleslaw before serving.
