Herbal Foot Bath You'll need: 1 cup sea salt or Epson salts dried chamomile, sage and mint, tbsp. or so each Place the herbs in a glass bowl or jar. Pour over 2 cups of boiling water. Steep for 15-30 minutes. In a tub, basin or large bowl add the salt with warm water--enough to cover your feet. Strain the herbs out and add that infusion to the tub with the salted water. Soak your feet for 10-15 minutes. Pat dry and use a good lotion or salt scrub.
