QUARTZ CRYSTAL MEDITATION TO RELIEVE STRESS 1.Choose a crystal, in this meditation we will be using quartz. Make sure the crystal is cleansed and also programmed for stress relief.
2.Sit on a chair with the feet flat on the floor or sit on the ground. Make sure you are comfortable and your spine is straight.
3.Take your crystal and hold it with both hands. Center yourself and begin your deep breathing.
4.Half close your eyes and gaze at the crystal. Concentrate on its color, shape, and size.
5.Breath deeply again and slowly close your eyes.
6.Whenever an unconnected thought comes, let it float away and re-direct attention back to the crystal. Don’t battle these thoughts, just acknowledge them and let them go.
7.As you continue to breath slowly and deeply open your mind to the Universal Life Force and spend 5-10 minutes in silent meditation.
