Cinnamon Stick Soak
Fill a pot of water and put in two cinnamon sticks. Turn the heat on high and let the water and cinnamon mix together until the water turns a dark reddish colour. When the water appears as dark as it can, turn off the heat. Fill your tub. While the water is running, pour in the cinnamon mixture then enjoy and relax. Your skin will be smoother also. I've tried this and enjoy using it myself. Also, always restock your herbal supplies during the winter months. Try to do this once a week or once a month, when your energies aren't feeling balanced.
