Rosemary Milk Tonic for Feet
1 cup hot milk
½ cup mint leaves
6 stems and leaves of rosemary
2 tsp peppermint extract
In a saucepan, simmer milk, mint, and rosemary over low heat for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Strain mixture through a filter, and stir in peppermint extract. Soak a clean, dry cloth with mixture and apply to feet, wrapping material around feet. Wrap in plastic if necessary. Tonic may be applied with a cotton ball instead for lighter treatment. This will make 1/2 cup for 1 application.
