Excellent post Eerie. I had a very interesting experience this morning. I woke up very early. It wasn't time to get up and I was still tired but a bit anxious. I remember that I am supposed to be using a Gateway Discovery #5 CD of mine in the morning so I did and wow! For those of you who don't know those are the Monroe Institue CDs. It was like getting high with none of the negative side effects of drugs and being grounded again at the end of the experience. I had some Out of Body Experiences mostly around the neighborhood and the park across the street from me at first. I got rid of the residual anxiety while out there by repeating the Switchword GUARD a couple of times which means Protection. I became deeply relaxed and in my right space. I realize now that when I said GUARD my Oversoul appeared to protect yet remained invisible in its guidance.

 

Towards the end of the experience I even saw some Extra Terrestial phenomena in a safe context. Most of the experiences were abstract and in space approach the moon and on the moon. I remember one little guy walking in a meadow with tall grass but I could still see him from about the knees up. He was walking from left to right and almost seemed to have a bag over his small head. A grayish one. Like a scarecrow. It wasn't a "Grey" alien with the big head and eyes though and I'm not sure but that bag might have been it's skin or something else. I was 20 feet away or so and it was brief. Like one scene in a movie. I even experienced an example of instant travel that was highlighted as if I was being instructed. Again, my Oversoul. I was in a different field somewhere in the U.S. and then with a slight physical movement to the right I was overseas in Amsterdam as if something were saying "See? This is how it's done. This is how the UFOs do it. A quiet natural shift in consciousness."

Terrific expereince!  Have you done this before or was it the first time out of body?

Wish this would happen for me so I could know for sure.

I just can't seem to get out ya know?  I keep trying and maybe one day it will happen.

It is a definite possibility. The most difficult part is the patience to round the learning curve.

Impatience causes tension and the body and mind must be relaxed to let go and

shift into a new dimension. You must practice daily. You can do it faster than you think

if you try and it is so worth it.

 

I suggest you get the cheapest copy of David St. Clair's

ESP book you can find. Astral Travel by Gavonne and Yvonne Frost is a great second

best. Also check out AstralDynamics.com(org?).  Eerie you are the last person to

be envious of astral travel! lol You been there done that and a little effort and you'll

do it again. Thanks for the feedback though.
