Mandy... Your over-active chakras are compensating for the under-active ones hon... There are techniques to balance chakras, but mostly techniques to open chakras are used... It makes no sense to try to make over-active chakras less active, as they are compensating for other chakras... to restore the compensation they'd be over-active again in no time... To stop them from compensating, the chakras they are compensating for must be opened.... We are looking for balance here, not numbers! At the site where you took the test, there are some good exercises to help you balance them! Namaste... ~eerie |

I suggest you do the exercises they provide on that site to open them hon... remember you are not looking for high numbers... we are seeking a balance in the numbers! It is best to have them all opened at 50%! Give them a try for a week and retake the test to see if this helps... Love... ~eerie |

Thank you ,I,ll try to do it, but my nerves and my cocentration nowadays not helping me, these days i feel like strong electricity over all my body, i dont why?we have an proverb, (a doctor treating the pts. and he is the only one who needs to be treated). |
