A few years ago, I was passing through a Metaphysical bookstore in Chicago. I needed to buy some candles, saw some on display and went in. It was a quaint little store, one of the oldest occult stores in Chicago, carrying some very rare and out of print books. Casually browsing, I picked up a book "Psychic Healers" by David St.Clair. And felt a bolt of energy, like electricity, run through me. Despite this profound and strange experience, I did not buy the book. Somewhat uncomfortable with the esoteric, I decided to ignore the whole incident and brushed it off as a figment of my own imagination. And yet,strange and inexplicable things started to happen in my life. Through a series of bizarre coincidences, I became a Reiki Master; learnt Karuna Reiki and was initiated into another great healing system, Mahatma Reiki.

I continued studying different methods of healing including Hawaiian Huna, Shamanism and other ancient healing techniques from India and Egypt. As I started to have remarkable results with these techniques, I realized that my journey into healing had started with my visit to the bookstore and David's book. It was obvious that David who died of cancer, was guiding me from the other side. I bought the book "Psychic Healers"; was fascinated with the healers he wrote about and their amazing gift to heal people with chronic diseases. One particular healer especially intrigued me. Her name was MV. I tried, in vain, to find her. Presumably she had moved and my best efforts to trace her yielded no results, and hence I gave up trying to locate her. One morning as I sat in meditation, I felt a strong thought almost like an inner voice, telling me to go the search section on the Internet and just type in her last name and leave the other areas blank.I did as guided and almost magically, her phone number and address came up. I called her.

We talked and I became a student of hers. She taught me and still continues to teach me and instruct me on the healing method that she has practiced with remarkable success. There are eight masters of healing. They come from different cultures and religions.They are very loving and compassionate. Their sole purpose and work is to alleviate suffering and physical pain and help people to heal and grow. MV taught me to meditate on the masters and seek help from them in my healings. The Masters now work with me and do the healings, with me acting as a channel for them. I do both distant and hands on healing.
