We just came across this last night and have yet to try it. It is all natural and the ingredients can be bought cheaply at any good health food store. By good health food we don't mean GNC but the smaller types where you can speak to knowledgeable workers and owners who know their stuff. If GNC or something like it is all you have access to that is better than nothing! You might be able to find everything there a bit more expensively.
WARNING: Just because something is herbal or "all natural" doesn't mean its safe for everyone and that dosages don't matter. Do your own research online (Yahoo.com for instance) and find out all the positives and negatives about anything. Subject: dream tea
From: oakenowolf talon
Here is a recipe for a dream tea for any one interested 4 parts Kava Kava 1 part Lemon Balm 1 part raspberry leaves 1 part alfalfa 1 part spearment you can also put anise seed and jasmine in it to enhance but some get an upset stomach. You can find most of these herbs on line or at a local health food store. I have had good results with this tea. It works well to give one lucid dreams.
