Mucusless Healing no. 21: ANTIBIOTICS yes or no?

As much as we know how ANTIBIOTICS can COMPROMISE your IMMUNE (DEFENSE) SYSTEM--the question remains is this:
Can ANTIBIOTICS still be taken safely tho?
YES.
The KEY thing to do is to prepare yourself first BEFORE you have to take them.
Let us say you know you will be taking them soon. What you wanna do is start preparing your STOMACH FLORA. Building it up with VITAMIN C, ZINC and a MULTI-VITAMIN/MINERAL (again this is another time when it is kool to SUPPLEMENT). Why? Because as we all know those Antibiotics are like CHEMOTHERAPY--they wipe out the BAD and GOOD BACTERIA. So you wanna STOCK UP, so to speak.
Here is what you do: Start doing that, say, like a week before you begin the Antibiotics. Then, when you get ready to take them--an hour before the first PILL--take 4 LACTOBACILLUS ACIDOLPHOLUS pills. Each of these pills should contain at least 2 BILLION ACTIVE CULTURED ENZYMES (look for them in the REFRIGERATED section of your healthfood store). Those ENZYMES are the GOOD bacteria which you need to REPLACE.
That way, the ANTIBIOTIC will be hard pressed to WIPE OUT nearly 10 BILLION more, new ACTIVE good bacteria. It is a war you wanna win. This allows you at least to keep balance.
Do that for the 7 day course of ANTIBIOTICS. Also taking the VITAMIN C (do not take any more ZINC tho cuz too much ZINC actually DEPRESSES your IMMUNE SYSTEM).
Keep your FRUIT intake high, of course. Drink plenty of water--and you will be OKAY with ANY course of antibiotics. Most people have a problem with Antibiotics because they do NOT set themselves up rite before, DURING and AFTER taking them. In fact, AFTER may be the MOST important part of the program.
About a 2 weeks AFTER your last ANTIBIOTIC PILL--do a DETOX. This will have given the antibiotics plenty of time to have done their work. And you get them out of your system. I suggest BENTONITE (about $20 in the RED/WHITE box).
Be prepared tho! Because that BENTONITE is VOLCANIC ASH CLAY and will CLEAN you out!! It is good for REMOVING any DRUG residues, HEAVY METALS (mercury, lead, etc), NICOTINE POISONING, PARASITES!
Do NOT overdo it. Follow the DIRECTIONS on the label. I like the company (SONNE) because they been around bout 50-60 years. And as you may recall, that is at least a DECENT indicator of a good product (nothing is perfect). But all things being equal--when choosing a SUPPLEMENT always go with the OLDEST COMPANY or the MOST RECOMMENDED company from people you TRUST.
