Mucusless Healing 20: short note about COLONICS
There is some question about COLONICS. You really "need" a HIGH COLONIC if you are going to get one. And then you only need that about once a year. The rest of the year go with the following info (also see my blog about the TONIC ALKALINE/ACID DETOX DRINK):
the LIQUID COLONIC
Just go with a SALINE solution. (EPSOM SALTS, SEA SALT, APPLE CIDER VINEGAR, BAKING SODA with salt and LEMON). Those are just 4 dranks to do a COLONIC with.
You take about 32 ounces to a GALLON of the drink ALL DAY. NOTHING ELSE. You want about 2-4 TABLESPOON full of the SALT to 20 ounces of WATER. Drink at one time. In effect, this is a one day FAST with a MAGNETIC soul-ution.
A saline SOUL-UTION is good because the KIDNEY can not pick up the WATER and the BLOOD can not pick up the SALT. Thus, it STAYS in MAGNETIZES (draws the TOXINS too it for ELIMINATION).
Having said that. Once a year HIGH COLONIC will not hurt you tho. Get one if you can. If not the SALINE SOUL-UTION will do. You need to take at least 3-4 of those a year...or every 3-4 months. Just like an OIL CHANGE...lol!!
