MODERATION is the key with NUTS. However, they often present a problem with many of them having too many ALLERGIC-CAUSING TOXINS. Thus, in general, it is best to eat them ROASTED. That way you kill off any the little toxicans hanging 'round. Brings out the flavor too. And the NUTRITION--making them just that much more NUTRIENT-DENSE.
Although, I know many of us like to eat them RAW (which is okay in MODERATION too). You have to watch tho because you may have a MASKED allergy to the very nuts that you are eating but you are eating so much of them--it does not show in the usual way (i.e, runn eyes or nose....)--but you may MANIFEST an allergy that you did not realize was an allergy--like TACHYCARDIA (fast heart beat for no reason...there is a good chance you are allergic to SOMETHING--not necessarily nuts--and dont realize it). So in general, get your ROAST on.
On the METAPHYSICAL side NUTS are really a MASCULINE FRUIT. It is more like the TESTES of fruit, while SEEDS are more like the OVARIES. Additionally, nuts provide more of the masculine MINERALS too. Like IRON, ZINC, CALCIUM. This MASCULINE does NOT mean MAN or MALE tho, just means its REACTION with your ORGANS is more ACID than ALKALINE.
Enjoy nuts anyway you want. A good rule of thumb, however, is to eat those especially which have the NUTRIENT you are low on (altho all nuts are good for SPERM/TESTERONE production):
IRON----Walnuts. Hazelnuts. Brazilnuts. ZINC----Peanuts. Pecans. Almonds. Macadamias. SELENIUM----Pistachios. CALCIUM----Pinenuts. Peanuts. Almonds. COPPER----Walnuts. Almonds. MAGNESIUM----Pistachios. Almonds. IODIDE----Pistachios. PHOSPHOROUS----Cashews. SULFUR----Pistachios. Pinenuts. CARBON (MELANIN)----any of these nuts roasted until BURNED (eat sparingly).
SEEDS are the FEMININE aspect of the nut/seed duo (meaning more of an ALKALINE reaction in your body). Therefore, in general, they are good for SAV (prounced with a "short" A meaning FEMALE SPERM) and ESTROGEN production. That does not mean that the fellas should not be eating them. In fact, it is good if we do. BALANCE. Every man needs a lil more ESTROGEN for enlightenment for real!
You do not have to be as moderate with seeds. A good coupla handfuls will not hurt you. Best served ROASTED too. Raw here and there wont hurt.
OVARIES----Squash seeds. Pumpkin seeds. Sunflower seeds. LIVER----Squash seeds.Sunflower seeds. Sesame seeds (a few). KIDNEY----Watermelon seeds (red or black). Celery seeds. PANCREAS----Squash seeds. Pumpkin seeds. BRAIN----Pumpkin seeds. Sesame seeds. Sunflower seeds. TESTES----Squash seeds. Pumpkin seeds. Watermelon seeds. Egyptian Super Watermelon seeds. CARBON/MELANIN--again, roasting until burned or near burned is good. Even roasting til hella CRUNCHY is good.
Nuts and Seeds are really more a MEDICINAL food. They are kinda like vegetables in that regard. That is why it is best to eat them in small amounts while seeds you can eat in medium amounts. They are a good small, snack addition to your health menu. You can get a lot done with just a little. Any food like that you wanna def keep around.
