Hi All

Thought I would pose a question or 3 to the group.

Do you believe in miracles?
What constitutes a miracle?
Have you had a miracle in your life?  explain?

Yes I certainly do...

A miracle is something that happens despite logic usually due to Divine intervention...

I have had many miracles in my life...

the one that is easiest to talk about was when my youngest was swimming in a group splashing around when he was about 7 and someone accidently kicked him in the head and busted his eardrum out...   his brother saved him as he was sinking!  We rushed him to the hospital!  His Dr. showed me that the drum had been blown out and very little was left...   he said it would take surgery to rebuild a new ear drum for him...  this happened on a Friday and I was to bring him back on Monday...
I took him home and asked him if he wanted me to ask God to heal him...    of course he said yes and I put my hands on both sides of his head and prayed...   I felt the energy between my hands and he seemed to get sleepy...
I brought him back to the Dr. on Monday and he could not tell which ear had been injured.  He showed me the eardrum and it was fresh and pink looking...   he then called another Dr. in to look at it like he couldn't believe his eyes then told me he couldn't explain what had happened...  I think I recieved a miracle...      ~eerie

I definitely believe in miracles Jan. I think life is a constant miracle. I mean that in
mostly a positive sense but not always. One miracle that comes to mind and makes
me a fan of this group is a dear friend of mine who was in the "jaws of death" to use
a dramatic but accurate description of the situation. I used the Cosmic Forces and
she was saved. She didn't realize what had happened or where she was when she
came back. She had a near death experience and thought she was gone for sure.

That is one of many miracles involving the Cosmic Forces and since that time I have never
doubted the power of that compact ritual and I use it for major and minor things everyday.

My martial arts teacher is in his 60s and he can fight three football players at the same time
and its always over in under 7 seconds. That seems very miraculous. Especially because the football
guys wear protective covering and my teacher wears none and because he's holding back so he
doesn't hurt them!! He taught his son some of the secrets and his son was demonstrating some of
this for a big six foot three inch fighter who was fast, professional and huge. Teacher's son was 15
and a short scrappy kid at the time. The big guy couldn't win and he was so frustrated that once when
the kid's back was turned he tackled him to the ground and using one principle the kid squirmed out
and beat the sh*t out of the giant! It was like watching a cartoon. It was and still is so hard to digest
and extremely funny. Big guy didn't say a word the rest of the day. His body and ego were bruised.

Watching children grow up is always like a miracle to me. They pass through people at slow light
speed or something. I watch the children in my family and I barely understand what is happening as
they change from mounds in their mommie's stomachs to cute critters crawling on the floor to tall
scrawny teens that watch too much tv is like a swift scary hallucination. Too fast! lol

Miracles. Life is packed with them. Remember that red eclsipse last year, meteor showers, the Grand
Canyon, the pacific boat people they featured on 60 minutes last Sunday who lived on boats in the
ground zero of the Tsunami disaster and had NO CASUALTIES! Why? They knew it was going to
happen and they did what the elephants and wildlife did. Went to higher land and abandoned their
village which was destroyed. The blind elderly U.S. woman who holds the record for hiking the enitre
Appalachian trail! This trail which reduces U.S. Navy Seal soldiers to foot rotted crybabies!! Harriet
Tubman is a miracle woman no less amazing than Daniel from the Holy Bible, and on it goes!

Hi all

My life has been full of miracles too.  One that comes to mind is the guy that I dated that later kidnapped a woman and her daughter and raped and killed the woman the girl got away.  On our date he said I was going to put out or else. We were in my car and I got mad and said look here your dumb SB this is my car. and this look came over his face like my dad was  suddenly standing behind me or something and he said take me home. I also believe my recovery from my surgery in November so quickly was a miracle. I lost half the blood in my body and was in and out of it for 2 days.
I definitely believe in miracles.  I also think if you don't believe in miracles how can you expect one.  I have had someone watching over me all my life cause I have gotten out of some awful situations and usually without a scratch.
I love your examples of miracles in your lives.
I am hoping for a few more before I leave this place.

light, love, healing
Jan

As for the first Question yes I do believe in miracles, for the second question I don't know what constitutes a miracle. And for the third question I had recieved a miracle about two years ago when I was riding on my bike to see a psychic friend of mine, and I was going on the right side of the sidewalk and I saw what was left of a tree and decided to go to the other side of the street when I heard a voice tell me "stay on the right side..." I thought that it was my mind playing tricks on me. I decided to cross anyways, I looked both ways and finally crossed. When I did I saw a budweiser truck on the right side and thought that since I was still on the sidewalk, but on the left side, I thought that I was not gonna any trouble. When I finally came around the corner some car came upon the side walk and hit me. For some odd reason the same voice said to me " with this little time you get jump on the hood..." I saw everything kinda odd and didn't spare anytime so I jumped on the hood and hoped for the best. When the car came to a screeching halt I fell off and checked myself thoroughly and I was allright except for a numbness on my leg(no I was not in shock cause I have sustained an injury that caused me to go into shock before this incident). I continued my way to my friends ,after the morons that hit me left in a hurry, and I gave her a hug and she was startled and asked me what happened. I told her what happened and she told me to touch my leg and it was really hot and after a short talk she told me that my recently passed grand-dad helped me out of that one. I am alright now and the only thing I feel from time to time is a pain comming from my leg. May every one here has the same type of luck or someone looking after them.

Do you believe in miracles?

YES!   I always have believed in Miracles, and I always will.

What constitutes a miracle?

I feel that is a matter of perspective. I feel that Miracles occur every second.  There are Miracles we are aware of, others we take for granted, and others we nevever know about.

Have you had a miracle in your life?  explain?

One Miracle that would stare at me would be the fact that I was cured from cancer. I was told it had spread thru my body. Long story short, when they opened me up it was contained in one spot.
It was removed. I would say that is one of many, many Miracles that have occured in my life.

As my man said, "There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle." -Albert Einstein.
