A steam inhalation with ginger oil can help a stuffy nose. Add three
drops each of ginger, lavender and eucalyptus oils to a bowl of
steaming hot water. Keep your eyes and mouth closed and deeply
inhale the vapor until your nose starts to clear and you can breathe
a little more normally.
