Start with a Salt Glow: Mix 2 cups sea salt with 1 ounce of base oil (almond, jojoba, or olive all work well) and 4 drops of essential oil of juniper. Mix very well. Stand nude in a dry bathtub and gently massage your body starting at the feet and working your way up, massaging in a circular, clockwise motion.
