A Pomade is a thick, rich mixture of oil and wax that is great for softening dry hands and feet.
Easily made with beeswax and carrier oil.

20 drops essential oils
15 gm beeswax
100 ml carrier oil

Place all ingredients in a heat resistant bowl.Stir over a pan of boiling water until melted.
Remove bowl from the pan. Keep stirring. As the mixture cools add your essential oils.
When thickened transfer to sterilized jars.

Daily Aromatherapy Tip - Lotions

When choosing an unscented lotion be sure to check the ingredients. Choose one without
Mineral Oil. Mineral Oil is produced from tar and has larger molecules. These can block
the essential oils from penetrating the skin. Add 40 drops of essential oils to 4 oz. of unscnted lotion.

Palmarosa Bath Gel:
Dissolve one package unflavored gelatin in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
Cool, then add 16 drops palmarosa and 8 drops each lavender and
sandalwood. Stir in three drops blue food coloring and pour into
lidded jar. Refrigerate.
When you want a relaxing 'Blue Lagoon' bath......just add gel to
running water to color and scent the bath!
Enjoy!
