Observation is KEY in knowing that you are LOVE
Consider the following:
1. OBSERVE DETACHED...how everything you do, think and feel is for love. Come to know this fully until it is a recognition from your heart in every situation you are living.
2. OBSERVE...how everyone is the same. We are all cut from the same cloth. We then expand our awareness, compassion and understanding of ourselves and others. We are building the union of Oneness when we are building confidence and love for others....because we see ourself in them.
3. OBSERVE DETACHED...how all our negative reactions are for love. They are desperate needs to connect, to feel good, to feel loved, accepted, and recognized. Here we discover that negative energy is not a bad thing...it is a cry love. Seeing this we now transcend the brainwashed idea of right & wrong. We see clearly that there are no bad people....perhaps dysfunctional people from dysfunctional viewpoints about life & understanding of love.
4. OBSERVE...this thing called LOVE and we will make discoveries that will blow our ego away. LOVE is an energy imbued with an intelligence that permeates everything. It is not seen......but felt. It is not touched but known. It stirs us, moves us, motivates us. Pay attention to..... how we feel when we are doing something we totally love. There is no ego around! There is no time! There is no fear!
LOVE moves the earth, makes us think the earth is still when we walk on it through gravitational pull (even though its hurtling through space at an incredible speed.) Nothing is outside of that love. What is it???
IT IS SPIRIT!!!!
WE ARE SPIRITUAL BEINGS PLAYING A HUMAN ROLE.....not a human trying to be Spiritual.
5. OBSERVE...the beauty of your body and see how the blood circulates, the cells renew, heart beats, organs function...... and so on..... through the incredible energy field. Our bodies are the pretty packages engulfed in Spirit and of Spirit.
5. FINAL OBSERVATION...brings us to our realization that we are Spirit and always have been. How can energy die? We will come to full Knowng.....when we activate our DNA through this observational process that we took on a body milllions of years ago and we literally feel for it.
