With MARS currently lighting up our night skies and 'disturbing us' on its
closest passes to Earth and with recent revelations of a collosal giant's
skeleton just found in
the NW India's desert regions (a crouching human could easily fit inside
the skull - so perhaps 30 foot or more in height!!!), it would appear that
we have evidence for what was once the mythology of Giants inhabiting this
planet.

Following is an amazing posting about Boriska, a young Indigo boy from Mars.
http://english.pravda.ru/science/19/94/378/16387_Boriska.html

The boy says he was a Martian being seven meters in height in his past life

The unusual baby boy was born in the town of Volzhsky, the Volgograd
region of Russia. His mother, Nadezhda Kipriyanovich, gave birth to
her son one fine morning. "It all happened so fast, I did not even
feel any pain. When they showed the baby to me, the boy was looking
at me with a grown-up look. As a pediatrician I know that newborns
cannot concentrate looks on anything. However, my little baby was
staring at me with his big brown eyes. Brushing that fact aside, he
was a usual little baby, like all other kids," the boys mother said.

When the mother and her son returned home from the maternity
hospital, the woman started noticing very curious things about her
little son. The boy, whom the mother named Boris, hardly ever cried
and never suffered from any ailments. He was growing up like all
other children, but he started speaking whole phrases at the age of
eight months. The parents gave the baby a meccano, and the boy
started making geometrically correct figures from it, combining
different parts with precision. "I had a very weird feeling that we
were like aliens to him, with whom he was trying to establish a
contact with," the boy's mother said.

When Boris, or Boriska, as parents were affectionately calling their
son, turned two, he started drawing pictures, which looked abstract
at first: they were mixtures of blue and violet colors. When
psychologists examined the drawings, they said that the boy was
probably trying to draw the auras of people, whom he could see
around. Boris was not even three, when he started telling his parents
of the .
"He could name all the planets of the solar systems and even their
satellites. He was showering me with names and numbers of . At first
I found it very frightening, I thought that my son was out of mind,
but then I decided to check if those names really existed. I took
some books on astronomy and I was shocked to find out that the boy
knew so much about this science," Nadezhda said.

Rumors about a baby-astronomer were spreading about the town faster
than the speed of light. The boy became the local celebrity: people
were curious about the child, everybody wanted to understand how he
could know so many things. Boriska was willing to tell his visitors
of extraterrestrial civilizations, about the existence of the ancient
race of humans that were three meters of stature, of future climate
and global changes.Everyone was listening to the little boy with
great interest, but it goes without saying that the people did not
believe those stories.

The parents decided to baptize their child just to be on the safe
side: they already started thinking that there was something
definitely wrong with their baby. Soon after that Boriska started
telling people of their sins. He would come up to a guy in the street
and tell him to quit doing drugs; he would tell adult men to stop
cheating on their wives, etc. The little prophet was warning people
against forthcoming troubles and diseases, which created quite an
unfavorable reputation for the boy's parents.

Nadezhda noticed later that her son would often feel bad on the
threshold of serious disasters. "When the  submarine sank, he was all
aching. He was suffering during the hostage crisis in Beslan too, he
refused to go to school during the days of that horrible attack," the
boy's mother said.

When asked about his feelings during the days of the Beslan crisis,
Boris said that he was burning from the inside: "It was like as if a
flame was burning inside of me. I knew that the story in Beslan would
have a horrible end," the boy said.
The boy is quite optimistic about Russia's future, though: "The
situation in the country will be improving gradually. However,  will
have to experience two very dangerous years - 2009 and 2013. Those
catastrophes will be connected with water," Boriska said.

Boriska caught Russian scientists' attention in the summer of the
current year. Specialists of the Institute of Earth Magnetism and
Radio-waves of the Russian Academy of Sciences photographed the boy's
aura, which turned out to be unusually strong.

POWERFUL INTELECT

"He has the orange spectrogram, which says that he is a joyful person
of a powerful intellect," professor Vladislav Lugovenko said. "There
is a theory, according to which the human brain has two basic memory
types: work and remote memory. One of the most remarkable abilities
of the human brain is its ability to save information about
experience, emotions and thoughts both inwardly and outwardly, in the
single informational space of the Universe. There are some unique
individuals, who can  draw information from that field. In my
opinion, every human being is connected with space by means of energy
channels," the scientist said.

According to Lugovenko, it is possible to measure people's
extrasensorial qualities with the help of special devices, which make
this procedure very easy. Modern scientists all over the world
conduct extensive research works in an attempt to unveil the mystery
of phenomenal children. As it turned out, people possessing unique
abilities were born on all inhabited continents of the globe during
the recent 20 years. Scientists call such kids "indigo children."

"Boriska is one of them. Apparently, indigo children have a special
mission to change our planet. Many of them have amended DNA spirals,
which gives them incredibly strong immune system, which can even
defeat AIDS. I have met such children in China, India, Vietnam and so
on. I am sure that they will change the future of our civilization,"
Vladislav Lugovenko said.
While world's leading space agencies are trying to find traces of
life on , eight-year-old Boriska tells his parents and friends
everything he knows about the Martian civilization. Boriska remembers
his past life. Specialists say that he knows the information, which
he actually cannot know. A Russian journalist has recently talked to
the boy about his unique knowledge and experience.

- Boriska, did you really live on Mars as people say around here?

- Yes, I did, it is true. I remember that time, when I was 14 or 15
years old. The Martians were waging wars all the time so I would
often have to participate in air raids with a friend of mine. We
could travel in time and space flying in round spaceships, but we
would observe life on planet Earth on triangular aircrafts. Martian
spaceships are very complicated. They are layered, and they can fly
all across the Universe.

- Is there life on Mars now?

- Yes, there is, but the planet lost its atmosphere many years ago as
a result of a global catastrophe. But Martian people still live there
under the ground. They breath carbonic gas.
- How do they look those Martian people?

- Oh they are very tall, taller than seven meters. They possess
incredible qualities.
"When we showed our boy to a variety of scientists, including
ufologists, astronomers and historians, all of them agreed that it
would be impossible to make all those stories up. Foreign languages
and scientific terms, which he says, are usually used by specialists
studying this or that particular science," Boriska's mother said.

Doctors of traditional medicine acknowledge the boy's unusual
abilities, although they do not say, of course, that the boy used to
live on Mars in his past life.

Boriska-boy from Mars
12th March 2005
http://english.pravda.ru/science/19/94/377/12257_Martian.html

Sometimes, some children are born with quite fascinating talents,
unusual abilities.

I was told the story of an unusual boy named Boriska from members of
an expedition to the anomaly zone located in the north of the
Volgograd region, most commonly referred to as "Medvedetskaya gryada".
"Can you imagine, while everyone was sitting around the campfire at
night, some little boy (about 7 years of age) suddenly asked
everyone"s attention. Turned out, he wanted to tell them all about
life on Mars, about its inhabitants and their flights to earth,"
shares one of the witnesses. Silence followed. It was incredible! The
little boy with gigantic lively eyes was about to tell a magnificent
story about the Martian civilization, about megalithic cities, their
spaceships and flights to various planets, about a wonderful country
Lemuria, life of which he knew in details since he happened to
descend there from Mars, had friends there.

Logs were cracking, night's fog enveloped the area and the immense
dark sky with myriads of brightly lit stars seemed to conceal some
sort of a mystery. His story lasted for about an hour and a half. One
guy was smart enough to tape the entire narration.
Many were stunned by the two distinctive factors. First of all, the
boy possessed exceptionally profound knowledge. His intellect was
obviously far from that of a typical 7-year-old. Not every professor
is capable of narrating the entire history of Lemuria and Lemurians
and its inhabitants in such details. You will be unable to find any
mentioning of this country in school textbooks. Modern science has
not yet proved existence of other civilizations.

Second of all, we were all amazed by the actual speech of this young
boy. It was far from the kind kids his age usually use. His knowledge
of specific terminology, details and facts from Mars' and Earth"s
past fascinated everyone.
"Why did he start the conversation in the first place," said my
interlocutor. "Perhaps, he was simply touched by the overall
atmosphere of our camp with many knowledgeable and open-minded
people," continued he.
"Could he make this all up?"

"Doubtful", objected my friend". "To me this looks more like the boy
was sharing his personal memories from past births. It is virtually
impossible to make up such stories; one really had to know them."
Today, after meeting with Boris' parents and getting to know the boy
better, I begin to carefully sort out all the information obtained
around that campfire. He was born in Volzhskii town in a suburban
hospital, even though officially, based on the paperwork, his
birthplace is the town of Zhirnovsk of Volgograd region. His birthday
is January 11th, 1996. (Perhaps it will be helpful for astrologers).

His parents seem to be wonderful people. Nadezhda, Boriska's mother,
is a dermatologist in a public clinic. She graduated from Volgograd
medical institute not so long ago in 1991. The boy"s father is a
retired officer. Both of them would be happy if someone could shed
the light onto the mystery behind their child. In the meantime, they
simply observe him and watch him grow.

-After Boriska was born, I noticed he was able to hold his head in 15
days, recalls Nadezhda.  His first word "baba" he uttered when he was
4 months old and very soon afterward started talking. At age 7, he
constructed his first sentence, "I want a nail." He said this
particular phrase after noticing a nail stuck in the wall. Most
notably, his intellectual abilities surpassed his physical ones.

-How did those abilities manifest themselves?

-When Boris was just one year old, I started giving him letters
(based on the Nikitin"s system) and guess what, at 1,5 he was able to
read large newspaper print. It didn"t take long for him to get
acquainted with colors and their shades. He began to paint at 2.
Then, soon after he turned 2, we took him to the children day care
center. Teachers were all stunned by his talents and his unusual way
of thinking. The boy possesses exceptional memory and an unbelievable
ability to grasp new information. However, his parents soon noticed
that their child had been acquiring information in his own unique
way, from some place else.

-No one has ever taught him that, recalls Nadya. But sometimes, he
would sit in a lotus position and start all these talks. He would
talk about Mars, about planetary systems, distant civilizations.we
couldn"t believe our own ears. How can a kid know all this? Cosmos,
never-ending stories of other worlds and the immense skies, are like
daily mantras for him since he was 2.
It was then that Boriska told us about his previous life on Mars,
about the fact that the planet was in fact inhabited, but as a result
of the most powerful and destructive catastrophe had lost its
atmosphere and that nowadays all its inhabitants have to live in
underground cities. Back then, he used to fly to earth quite often
for trade and other research purposes. It seems that Boriska piloted
his spaceship himself. This was during the times of the Lemurian
civilizations. He had a Lemurian friend who had been killed right
before his own eyes.

-A major catastrophe took place on earth. A gigantic continent was
consumed by stormy waters. Then suddenly, a massive rock fell on a
construction.by friend was there., tells Boriska. I could not safe
him. We are destined to meet some time in this life.
The boy envisions the entire picture of the fall of Lemuria as though
it happened yesterday. He grieves the death of his best friend as
though it was his fault.

One day, he noticed a book in his mother"s bag entitled "Where do we
come from?" by Ernst Muldashev. One should have seen the kind of
happiness and fascination this discovery triggered in the little boy.
He"s been flipping through pages for hours, looking at sketches of
Lemurians, photos of Tibet. He then started talking about high
intellect of the Lemurians.

-But Lemuria ceased to exist minimum 800 000 years ago., I uttered in
response to his statements. Lemurians were 9 meters tall! Is that so?
How can you remember all this?

-I do remember, replied the boy.

Later, he began recalling another book by Muldashev entitled "In
Search of the City of Gods." The book is mainly devoted to ancient
tombs and pyramids. Boriska firmly stated that people will find
knowledge under one of the pyramids (not the pyramid of Heops). It
hasn"t been discovered yet. "Life will change once the Sphinx will be
opened," said he and added that the great Sphinx has an opening
mechanism somewhere behind his ear (but he does not remember where
exactly). The boy also talks with great passion and enthusiasm about
the Mayan civilization. According to him, we know very little about
this great civilization and its people.

Most interestingly, Boriska thinks that nowadays the time has finally
come for the "special ones" to be born on earth. Planet"s rebirth is
approaching. New knowledge will be in great demand, a different
mentality of earthlings.

-How do you know about these gifted kids and why this is happening?
Are you aware that they are called "indigo" kids?

-I know that they are being born. However, I haven't met anyone in my
town yet. Perhaps may be this one girl named Yulia Petrova. She is
the only one who believes me. Others simply laugh at my stories.
Something is going to happen on earth; that is why these kids are of
importance. They will be able to help people. The Poles will shift.
The first major catastrophe with one of the continents will happen in
2009. Next one will take place in 2013; it will be even more
devastating.

-Aren't you scared that your life may also going to end as a result
of that catastrophe?

-No. I"m not afraid. I have lived through one catastrophe on Mars
already. There still live people like us out there. But after the
nuclear war, everything has burnt down. Some of those people managed
to survive. They built shelters, new weaponry. There was also a shift
of continents there, although the continent was not as large.
Martians breathe gas. In case they arrived to our planet, they would
have been all standing next to pipes and breathing in fumes.

-Do you prefer breathing oxygen?

-Once you are in this body, you have to breathe oxygen. However,
Martians dislike this air, earth"s air, because it causes aging.
Martians are all relatively young, about 30-35 years old. The amount
of such Martian children will increase annually.

-Boris, why do our space stations crash before they reach Mars?

-Mars transmits special signals aimed at destroying them. Those
stations contain harmful radiation.
I was amazed by his knowledge of this sort of radiation "Fabos". This
is absolutely true. Back in 1988 resident of Volzhsky Yuri
Lushnichenko, a man with extrasensory powers attempted to warn Soviet
leaders about the inevitable crash of the first Soviet space stations
"Fobos 1" and "Fobos-2". He also mentioned this sort of an
"unfamiliar" and harmful for the planet radiation. Obviously, no one
believed him then.

-What do you know about multiple dimensions? Do you know that one
must fly not on straight trajectories, but maneuvering through the
multi-dimensional space?

Boriska immediately rose to his feet and started to pour all the
facts about UFOs. "We took off and landed on Earth almost
momentarily!" The boy takes a chalk and begins drawing an oval object
on a blackboard. "It consists of six layers," he says. 25%--outer
layer, made of durable metal, 30%--second layer made of something
similar to rubber, the third layer comprises 30%--once again metal.
The final 4% is composed of a special magnetic layer. "If we are to
charge this magnetic layer with energy, those machines will be able
to fly anywhere in the Universe."

-Does Boriska have a special mission to fulfill? Is he aware of it?-
I pose these questions to his parents and the boy himself.

-He says he can guess,- says his mother. He says he knows something
about the future of Earth. He says information will play the most
significant role in the future.

-Boris, how do you know all this?
-It is inside of me.

-Boris, tell us why do people get sick?
-Sickness comes from people's inability to live properly and be
happy. You must wait for you cosmic half. One should never get
involve and mess up other peoples" destinies. People should not
suffer because of their past mistakes, but get in touch with what"s
been predestined for them and try to reach those heights and move on
to conquer their dreams. (These are the exact words he was using).
You have to be more sympathetic and warmhearted. In case someone
strikes you, hug your enemy, apologize yourself and kneel before him.
In case someone hates you, love him with all your love and devotion
and ask for forgiveness. These are the rules of love and humbleness.
Do you know why the Lemurians died? I am also partially at blame.
They did not wish to develop spiritually any more. They went astray
from the predestined path thus destructing the overall wholeness of
the planet. The Magic's Path leads to dead end. Love is a True Magic!

-How do you know all this???
-I know.  Kailis.

-What did you say?
-I said "hello!" This is the language of my planet.

Hi MG

Russia has always been more open. I saw a story the other day that they had healers all over the place.  and were very open to healing psychics and such.

yes this is interesting.
I had a vision once of another planet.
it was all red.  no vegetation.  the homes were like t-pees and you entered from the bottom and went up to the living spaces.  there were two suns on this planet.

It is so that Russia has always been ahead of the US!  One need only read "Psychic Discoveries Behind the Iron Curtain" by Sheila Ostrander and Lynn Schroeder...   written in 1970...
to see just how advanced the Russions were way back then and ahead of the US!
The CIA got Remote Viewing techniques from Russion experiments...
All is not on the front page of your daily newspaper...   many covert activities are hidden from our unsuspecting/unbelieving population!
Thanks for sharing this article Giggles...   I have to and am compelled to pass it on!  Hope you don't mind!

Hi, Eerie! (and all)
Of course you're free to share! I own no copyright on this stuff

I was reminded - do you remember, it could be a year ago or so, or perhaps more now, when I had this vision of the map of Europe after the changes? I still remember that vision quite clearly; large parts of Europe were under water. And large parts of western Russia had been washed over by water, and were huge swamps....

If the young man in the article is correct; he also mentions water; then these things may happen in 2009 or 2013... My child will be three or seven years old... (I've "always" known that when the changes came, I'd be travelling with a child...)

Oh well... the best part of living in Norway in this kind of scenario, is that we've got mountians.... And I'm entirely sure that those who know how to listen, will be given ample warnings to get to higher ground. Earth isn't evil, it just does what is necessary, and if people aren't able to listen to the signals, then it's survival of the fittest... That's how come hardly any wild animals died in the tsunami last year, and the little tribe of indiginous people all survived as well - they had all moved away from the coast in advance, since they understood the Mother's signals...

Russians... I've met a few Russians in my life. Generalizing, they've been either extremely intelligent, or plain wierd. Perhaps growing up in that kind of "communism" does that to you... But since religion was banned for so many years, I bet that also gave them the opportunity to look for another kind of "meaning of life", and to find a "deeper" way of relating to Spirit and to what we westerners call the "paranormal"... And if this also could give them an upper hand in the cold war, then so much the better, or what?

MG, I agree with your previous message BIGTIME!
I'm in awe of the Russkis. I consider them Educatorz of Educatorz!!
There are some dumb onez I'm sure but I haven't met them.

In the musical field they are GIANTZ: Tchaikovsky, Rimsky-Korsakov, Stravinsky,
Prokofiev

Literature Tolstoi and Pushkin (who waz actually half African)

In Dance one magic word: NINJINSKY! (Not to mention Anna Pavlova, Borisynikov, Nureyev....)

In the Underworld the Russian mafia are the terror of international crime for sheer scope and
sophistication of their crimeZ! Several decadez of total dictatorship and the bankrupting of a superpower
created an out of work KGB and Russian Military. The headz of Russian Mafias have Phds, MBAs, etc and
are so tough they laugh at Western jail sentences. Anything iz a vacation compared to their concentration
campz and Gulagz!???

Stalin and Hitler were both obsessed with the Occult and Magic. Oddly, in Stalin'z attempt to eliminate
mysticiZm and replace it with scientific language scientists penetrated DEEPLY in2 the psychic realm. I
highly suggest everyone on this group buy and read a used or new copy of Psychic Disoveries Behind The Iron Curtain by Lynn Schroder and Sheila Ostrander. You have no idea. They are so advanced. Soooo advanced.......

Well, you know, the weird ones normally don't get out of the country a lot...
One of the really intelligent Russian guys I knew, worked with my dad for a while. He had two PHd-s, and umpteen Masters and Bachelors - I never really got to understand how many subjects the man had actually studied. And he wasn't yet 40! I got to work for him a summer, and came to admire him lots and lots. He has a really warm sense of humour, lots of self-irony (would you say that in English?) and generally such a good man in all ways. -Though his looks were a little strange; he looked very young, sort of not grown up, and there was once a very embarassing moment when Nickolai went to the movies, but had to proove he was older than 18! -The clerk went a little red when it turned out the man was 37....

-But there's this thing in Europe with "Russian Brides" - it's a bit the same as with "Thai Brides". All these really desparate women trying to get Western husbands. The father of a friend of mine became the embarassment to all who knew him, when he went off and got a Russian Bride.

I went with my friend to have dinner with his father and new wife. And she was so strange. She cooked possibly the saddest meal I've ever eaten in my life, consisting of lots of salty water and cabbage and little pieces of what turned out to be meat floating around. And the lady herself had wall-flower & sofa camouflage, and seemed to do everything in her power to disappear, even though there was just the four of us there. She spoke some Norwegian and quite good English, but she just wouldn't communicate, and only said a few words if spoken to. Somewhere along the line there must have been some kind of culture collision.

-Well, the marriage didn't last long, but the woman got what she needed - an allowance to stay in Norway, which is really quite hard to obtain otherwise.

Besides, I've studied with a few Russians, and it's hard to come by Westerners who are as studious... Not necessarily so very socially inclined, though....

I'm really interested in reading that book. I'll try and find it. On the net, perhaps?

I've never really been to Eastern Europe, though many of my friends, as well as my husband have. Especially Prague has a reputation here for being very very beautiful. My best friend came home from Prague with goose bumps, being sure she spent several lives there.  My husband went to Estonia, and my cousin to Poland. Both of them remarked on the poverty there.... Many places have the most splendid architecture and so on, but when you look at life there, it's sort of obvious that the glory days have gone by. According to rumour, local food there isn't too interesting either. But I'd really love to go to many of the former Sovjet countries, such as Rumania, the Balkans... (in a regression I got to re-live a life where I grew up in Poland, but later travelled a lot, and ended up in the mountains of the Balkans. In the session, I remember admiring the landscape there a lot; my little cottage was really high up, with a great view of a valley with a small river at the bottom...I kept goats..)

As far as I know, though, life in Eastern Europe is very hard these days. Russia actually has a negative population growth, a lot of it, I read somewhere, due to alchoholism. Since the fall of communism, it's been really hard to make a decent living for most people, while a select few are growing seriously rich from either crime or opportunism. A few years ago, there was really heavy media focus on the orphans of Rumania; many of them lived in the sewers like rats. They were pariahs and always chased around by police, since they weren't good for the tourism. So they fled underground, where they would get stoned on glue and steal whatever they could find. Horrifying TV pictures....

There are places on this lovely planet where life is just so cheap....

GwoW! Now there iz something we all agree on eh?!
Again, highly intriguing messages everyone. MG, your first person xPerienceS with
Euro Russianz iz something else. I too have met Eastern Europeanz with that odd
young quality. Actually I have it myself and I know a couple of thingz and I suspect
they know MUCH MORE!  North Africa ("Egypt"), Tibet and Prague. TheZe
are the places I have heard of with dense occurences of HIGHLY ADVANCED
CONCENTRATIONZ of magicianz and advanced peoplez.

Sheila and Lynn are
exceptional writers. They say the architecture of Prague iz like a fairytale wrapped
in2 a city. Indescribably beautiful and strange. And their deep mastery of Alchemy
and other magic formz haz made them the target of Hitler and otherz who knew
what they had. Everyone knowz. So repeatedly Czhecoslavakia, Prague iz victimiZed. MG, you
are about 2 read your favorite book for sure, for sure. Tongman turned me on
to it.
The findingz in it are a large part of what fuelz community.
The Russianz had UFOs land downtown in their cities, Several of them
all at once in different parts. The ETs were super tall and got out and walked around
and did whatever
they wanted in broad daylight.

Anyone who tried to stop them were temporarily
paralyzed with a thought or ray. It waz reported in all the paperz and TV all
over the world (including the freakin' Wall Street Journal and verified by headz
of Government in the U.S. and many countriez yet can you imagine
what would happen if you started talking about this on your job anyone?
We live in a world of strange pretendingz and mind KONTROL.

That was an amazing article Morning Giggles and great discussion everyone.
Russians are also amazing in martial arts. Although I study Chinese
martial arts I have seen nothing close to high level government applications of
martial arts except in cartoons!  My buddy nemo said for Dude to get so
advanced he was probably subsidized and able to practice 12 hours or more
per day without having to worry about making a living like the rest of us.

It seemed more psychic than anything else so unfortunately I couldn't
understand a lot. I think the teacher was Chechniyan-Russian. His forearms were
like popeye and his ch'i was out-of-this-world. When sparring he was so
advanced it was like Michael Jordan playing basketball against a bunch of 1st graders.
I think it was a military community in casual mode and not supposed to even be
viewed by westerners. Children, women and men in a huge gym were the
audience of watchers. He seemed
to make them drunk and do magnetic tricks with their bodies and minds.
It really reminds me of old Bugs Bunny episode about ether.

Here is an old post from our archives about a simple approach to the Russian
and Czechoslavakian Psychotronic stuff.

THE WONDEROUS WISHING MACHINE
When G. Harry Stine wrote about this gadget in his Mind Machines, he said he was really hesitant to include it because it made no sense to him at all.  I'm hesitant because it is so damned simple you might be tempted not to bother with the other gadgets on this site!

Don't let the diagram fool you.  All you need is a piece of posterboard folded in half, two squares of foil, some speaker wire and a plug and an earphone plus any audio amplifier, like a small tape recorder.

Glue the pieces of foil to the inside of the folded posterboard so that you will have a sandwich of sorts when it is folded together.  Attach the ends of the speaker wire to the foil so one strand is to each sheet.  This is then plugged into the microphone input of the amplifier (assuming you are using a tape recorder for your amp.)  Plug the earphone into the earphone jack so the earphone can act as the antenna.

To use this, place the witness between the foil plates of the sandwich and then close it, clipping it to hold it together.  Now, turn on the amplifier and then just think.  That's all you have to do.  No complicated dial settings, nothing else.

Like I said, this one is damned simple.

P.S.

What I meant was if Michael Jordan was playing basketball against a bunch
of 1st graders his main concern would be to be gentle and not hurt the children when
he came near them with his bouncing ball!! Sounds like one of those Hollywood movies made
for children right?

This guy was short and ordinary looking too except for those forearms. When he rolled up the sleeves
of his sweatshirt you could see he was a professional pretending to be a bumpkin.
He seemed friendly and playful although I don't understand the language.

Hi All

I have heard several horror stories about life in Russia.  I have heard that several different families live in one house.

Russian sorcerer
Russian sorcerers predict they still have a busy future

Entering Yuri Longo's apartment in Moscow is like walking into another world.

Cosmic music wafts from an old tape player. The smell of scented candles fills your lungs.

But that is nothing compared to what is going on in a room at the end of the corridor.

There, a magician in a white robe is brandishing burning twigs, breathing heavily and circling a female student sitting on a chair. Then he places an ancient bible on her head in an attempt to save her from the evil eye.

It all looks a bit too much like hocus-pocus. But Wizard Longo maintains his conjuring can cure - by reaching parts ordinary medicine can only dream of.

Spirit healers

"Wizards like me, we're a bit like doctors, really," the sorcerer told me. "Except we're not treating the physical, but the spiritual. I make people's souls better - I make people happy."

Mr Longo is just one of thousands of witches, wizards and faith healers in Russia. Every day the newspapers here are full of their adverts offering all kinds of remedies.

But Moscow MP Ludmila Stebenkova does not believe in magic. She considers Longo and the like are a danger to society and she has proposed legislation to limit their activities.

"A faith healer who doesn't have proper medical education or who uses religious symbols in their treatment should be stopped from practising," the politician told me.

"We also want to restrict their advertisements in magazines and newspapers. It's very dangerous because a lot of people after this treatment have psychiatric problems."

Forbidden fruit

One such person is Sergei. I found him slumped on a bench in the chapel of a Moscow monastery.

Sergei had fallen into a deep depression and had begun hallucinating after visiting a series of faith healers.

The priest he had come to see, Father Anatoly, has treated more than 20,000 victims of witches and wizards, by encouraging patients to confess and repent in church.

"Banning sorcerers won't solve the problem," Father Anatoly told me. "After all, forbidden fruit always tastes sweeter. What we need to do is explain to people that magic, sorcery and faith healing are the work of the devil."

Paranormal pensioner

There did not seem to be anything satanic about Babushka Katya - another Russian faith healer I found, this time out in the Moscow countryside.

Mind you, there was something a little odd about this paranormal pensioner.

She had two giant puffer fish hanging up on her washing line; an enormous lobster clung to the wall. And sprawled on her living room floor was a half-naked man, waiting patiently for some magical therapy. Babushka Katya has queues of patients: that is why she is not worried by the threat of a ban.

"I've got politicians coming here for treatment," she boasted to me, "policemen, criminals, all sorts. You'll never be able to get rid of the faith healers - we'll always have customers."

So even if parliament tries to magic away the wizards, Russian sorcerers are confident it will not have the power to make them disappear.
