Lesson 2 (upper body)
Intention is everything!
A note about why this works. If you are concentrating or meditating on the question you are asking, the outcome of the balance test is not consciously controlled but subconsciously controlled by your higher self or god essence.
Check to make sure you are in balance. All balance moves are gentle. Remember the body is self healing you are just un-sticking bones, muscles, joints, ligaments and tendons to promote healing. When balancing large areas or long bones balance in several areas or all along the bone.
Balance all bones in the hands and wrist.

Balance ulna and radius in lower part of the arm.

Balance humerus upper arm

Balance all vertebrae and discs - use energy (a lot of people have degenerative discs). Always be gentle.

Balance ribs (front, side, back). Use energy.

Balance all muscles in the neck. When balancing muscles I move along the muscle and challenge and balance in several places.

Balance bony plates of the skull.

Balance occipital ridge (base of the skull). Balance 1 finger print width at a time starting behind ear going across to brain stem, than do other side

Degenerative discs can be caused by injuries, but some are cause by a lack of water! The discs are 70-80% water Drink more water!
