Think Like a PancreasBy Gary Schiener. This book was worth every penny. I got it off amazon. It goes into great detail on carb couting, figuring out insulin doses, insulin types and profiles, and how to adjust insulin for exercise. It includes info on sick day management and CGMS. It's definitely geared toward type 1, but insulin dependant type 2s would benefit as well. It has a strong focus on pumping. Recommended by Person766, 6/4/2006.
