Hi Everyone, I need advice. I,m on a special type of program for my diabilitie. Any way they did some cutbacks on certain programs. My dr was on the MedPass program which ment she did not have to deal with Medicaid. So she decided to decline me as her patient, which I don,t blame her. Dealing with Medicaid is terrible. Any my question is that I only hae 4 Metabulizers left and I dont go to the hospital to get a new dr untill the 20th of Oct. Is there anything else I can buy untill then? My sugar is acting up also. Could it be from stress? Beleive me I have enough of it lately. Thank God I have this group. Sorry I havn,t been on here like I want to be,but things are going down hill and I,ve been depressed. I am not sure about Metabolizers, do you have a prescription or are they over the counter? without medicaid or insurance you can now get some prescriptions from the pharmacy at a very low price, you may have to call the pharmacy and inquire about temporary replacements. Most Walgreens pharmacists are good about giving advice,When I moved and was out of medication I was given a few until I could get to the doctor, you may want to see your pharmacist and see what he says. I heard that green tea is good too, I take some food enzymes I get from the pharmacy about 3 or 4 dollars, they are chewable papaya Enzymes spring valley brand, they work well but I have to take about 3 or 4 of them at a time, they really help my digestion. I wish I had more info to give. |
