I have one pump which I purchased, and then I was upgraded for free to a totally different pump.
So wondering if the warranty goes from the one purchased or the one they got me for free (long story, dont ask.........hee hee).
Anyone know?

Sorry Laura~ Don't have experience with pump waranties...but
In the case of meters and upgrades: As long as you send in all the paperwork that comes with the equiptment, it doesn't matter how you obtained it.  The waranty cover the product.  I can say, from experience, that I've sent in the waranty on meter #1, as well as upgraded meter #2, and continued to use them both.  And when something happened with meter #1, it was replaced...with the upgraded model!  Almost seems like cheating, doesn't it?  But since life pretty much gives us enough cr*p as diabetics, I figure we deserve a break when one comes our way!  LOL!
Hope you are doing well!  HUGS!  sheryl

Many Cozmo pump users (including me) are now upgrading to the new 1800 pump. One of the Conditions of Participation is:

?The Program does not extend your current warranty. The warranty term remains 4 years from the date of original purchase (not the date of the upgrade under this Program).

Thanks Sheryl and David.  I had one pump I purchased throught the HMO, and then the company (long story) bought me a new pump.  So I think that is the warranty they will go by?
Btw, the cozmo upgrade deal seems really really nice!
