I was feeling holiday sweets deprived... so went on a search for low carb recipes.
Came up with this one... it's really good!
16 oz cream cheese
3 0z (melted, but not hot) unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup splenda granular (measures cup for cup like sugar)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts of choice.
mix cream cheese, chocolate, vanilla and splenda until well blended and creamy. Add nuts. spoon into pan (I used a bread pan) and place in fridge overnight. Cut into small squares and serve. Keep refridgerated!
It really is very good!
