With Joe's horrible blood pressure scare I went out and bought some fish with one being orange roughy (sp?) and some other fish that I REALLY can't spell without looking at the name but it begins with t. Does anyone have any good recipes with these?  Or even how to cook them? Thanks in advance ya'll!!
Tammie

Tammie, I like Orange roughy, haven't had any in a long time. But when I fixed it I would salt & pepper the Orange Roughy that squeeze some lemon juice all over it. Place in a Pam sprayed pan cook in the oven for about  7 minutes on each side..very good. Heres a recipe site for more ideas.

Thanks sweetie! Have you or anyone here ever heard of anything called Natures Seasoning? My sister told me to put some of that on each side and then stick it on the Foreman grill. I don't know how it is yet but now I have two recipes to try. TYTYTY!!!
