                2 cups whole wheat flour  3 teas.baking powder  
                dash salt  cinnamon[I sprinkle in about 1/4 teas.  mix 
                dry ingrediants  add 1/3 cup vegetable oil  and 1/4 
                cupdry milk mixed with enough water to make 2/3 
                cup    add small amounts of water until all of 
                the dry mixture is mixed in  it should not  be 
                runny    place large spoonfuls in greased or 
                sprayed pan   bake in pre-heated oven 400 until 
                brown  makes 6  this does not taste great but it is 
                good with your breakfast you are getting the whole wheat and 
                cinnamon   you can add raisins to the batter and I use 
                smart balance in them      I hope I am 
                putting this in the right place  I am trying  to put 
                it on the list. it is already in diabetic recipes but some 
                people can not find
