Put this one up in 2004~~ It is a Super Bowl Staple now for 3 years~~
1-1/2 cups (6oz.) shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend
1-1/2 cups (6oz.) shredded reduced-fat Montery Jack Cheese with jalepeno's
1 can ( 16 oz) fat-free refried beans
1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chilies (Rotel brand)
1 package (8 oz.) reduced-fat cream cheese, cubed
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1 tablespoon taco seasoning(I use hot Mexican)
Baked tortilla chips and assorted fresh vegtables
In a bowl, combine the cheeses; set aside 1 cup for topping. Add beans, tomatoes, cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning to the remaining cheese; mix well. Transfer to a 2-qt. baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray; sprinkle with reserved cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly around the edges. Serve warm with tortilla chips and vegtables. Yield 4 cups.

This was really wonderful and our friends could not tell the difference between the regular type dip and this made over one. We had it with Blue Tortilla chips!!! (Baked) Enjoy it on Super Bowl Sunday! Cuddles
