1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup dieced red dill pepper
1 cup egg substitue
1 cup ( 8 ounce ) Glucerna homemade vanilla shake
3/4 cup part-skin ricotta cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black papper
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 cup cooked lean turkey sausage, crumbled or chopped
2 tablespoons chopped sundried tomatoes packed in oil, drained
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
Preheat oven @ 325 f. Lighlty mist an 8inch oven safe glass or ceramic baking dish with non stick veg. oil spray.
Bake for 30-35 mins. or until it is firm to the tough.
cool for 5 mins.
