Small Jar Peanut Butter - 18oz
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
8oz Cream Cheese (softened)
8oz Tub of Cool Whip
2 Graham Cracker Crusts
Optional: 6 Frozen Peanut Butter Cups - chopped into pieces
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat with hand mixer until creamy. Pour half of your filling into each crust. Top with peanut butter cup pieces. Cover and freeze. Let pie sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before serving.
I've substituted all reduced fat ingredients in this recipe several times and I cannot taste the difference.
