Oh I love this "Book Club"....Thanks Cuddles.   I L-O-V-E to read.  I love the Historical Romance Books.  (Western specifically or Civil War)
The majority of my lunch hours are spent reading and I try to read in the evenings also.  I tote with me whatever current book I'm reading, just in case I get a few moments to read a few pages whenever the chance arises....you never know when you will be "stuck in traffic" or have to "wait" somewhere...he he he.

Some of my favoite authors are Linda Lael Miller; Leigh Greenwood; Catherine Creel; Jodi Thomas; Cindy Holby; Layrle Spencer; just to name a few and I could name many more!!!

I never go to Walmart without checking out their book section and I belong to a couple of "used book stores" where you can turn in books and get a small credit for them and then when you purchase a used book, the cost is pretty small.

BUT, let me add, that I am also "hooked" on a few magazines as well.  Romantic Homes; Southern Lady;  and Southern Living are my top 3 favorites!!

Looking forward to other's comments!

I have 2 authors I don't think were mentioned on our original thread     Mary Higgins Clark    and John Grissom   she writes  suspence  and he writes books usually with a twist     also Danille Steele is good    but check out the thread on general   it has some of the best books
