My book recommendation is a bit unusual.

The book is called This Side of Normal and is the work of a new writer, known on the web as Edevine. The story is about a 15-year old boy whose family and social life are falling apart. Into his already complicated life comes a diagnosis of Type I diabetes. The author brings the story to life with dramatic writing and authenticity from his own struggle with the disease.

So what's so unusual, you ask? It's the publisher. Long Tale Press uses feedback from real readers to select the books it publishes. This Side of Normal is getting rave reviews and is very close to meeting the requirements. It only needs a few more reviews to get there. This book is a great read about an important subject. It deserves to get published.
