Sorry no tips or tricks just wanted  to get this going.And to remind all that you should get doctors advice ifyou are trying something or "heard" of something new here.......do not want to see anyone get themself into trouble or problems.And remember what works for one does not always work for all.

Not sure if this is what y'all have in mind...but here goes.
My best sugar/weight control/ heart smart tip is this.  I walk on the treadmill every EVERY day, whether I feel like ti or not.  I do it in front of the TV so I don't get too bored...of course the TV can be boring and walking can be boring...but together, they aren't too bad.  Started when I got dx'd with coronary artery disease, and it has vastly improved, to the point where it no longer shows on the Stress Test.  It is also good for osteoporosis, as a weight bearing exercise.   Treadmill  sheryl

voni & Tammie helped me out long time ago  & I Had to call my Doc. in Ill.for adivce , then he listened !!! grrrr...................
