Hi Ranona I hope your feelings have changed for the better.I know I go through long periods of this sort of thinking as well.One thing that helps me is to know that there are people out there that do care about you.Most important you are there for you.You are the most cricitcal(sp) and most supportive person for yourself,learn to listen to the supportive side a little more often.The daily routine is not so bad and if you find the foods in your place too tempting get other foods the next time you buy things,something more "healthy".You need to teach yourself you are worth everything there is to offer.Words or cries for help are never silly,they are starting points and boy do I have alot of those.May I ask you to do one thing?Do not feel sorry for me, for what is happening to me was done by me.When things get really bad remember there is always someone else worse off than you. |
