I have been using MyCareTeam to track my daughter's Blood Glucose online and share it with my daughter's diabetes educator and school nurse.  It is so helpful...  It is a great way to collaborate with both loved ones and professionals.  I found this free option and got signed up and was shiped a meter cable for free...
