Just wondering how many have high readings and how many have low?
I think I would rather have low then deal with high...I cant stop eatting after dinner till bedtime...I do fine all day...but we will see..gonna try it as my 240 is moving up...have gained more weight since I became diabetic!

Carolyn,

I can identify with you about eating all evening!  I'm the same way.  I eat a small breakfast and lunch with 1 or 2 snacks in the afternoon (I eat lunch early and dinner late).  Evenings are the worst for me.  It was easier when I was jogging regularly.  (Did that in the evening) When I did that, I would think...."I've worked that hard to burn off a few calories and if I eat that, it will all be back!"  It's so hot now (high 90's and over 100 last couple days) and humid that I haven't even been walking.  I just get back into the air conditioning as soon as I can!  I get lows once in a while during the night, especially when I'm exercising, which isn't fun.  I've had lows down in the 30's and 20's.  It's bad when that happens because you want to eat everything in sight.  If there's any way you can exercise, that would be good.  You will lose weight and lower your BGs.  I've go to get started again!
