Hey guys have a question for you..Anyone who is willing to help i would greatly appreciate it..I am having a tough time staying motivated in going back to the gyn again. See i have been away for 3 days now and today I just talked myself out from going..No reason not to go but just saw things that I would rather be doing than that...That is so bad since i was doing so good..Guess so much is happening in my life and some real good pick me ups would help about now... Anyone wanting to suggest helpful hints i would appreciate it...Thanks so much

OMG thank you so much for that little piece of a pick me up....I needed that and please everyone keep them coming so i can continue on my road to loosing weight and becoming a healthier person...My goal is to loose 60 lbs..Dr is right on with that goal as well...So Everyone that can any bit of help i need right now to get back.....Again oh thank you so much..

Oh No Thank you so much for that Sally..We all need that from time to time..You are so right with what you said...And Tomorrow morning I am doing just that, getting off my butt and hitting the Gym..So thank you for that...Normally I am a go getter but this past week, just no ambition..Guess to much going on mentally...And the motivation is not to be found..Which is to bad for me...Well. I guess i will have to try just alittle bit harder huh?  We will see what tomorrow brings....Thanks again

Penny, you survived your walk! How did you do? Was it hard on your breathing?

Congratulations Penny on your walk this morning..I am so proud of you honey...And to everyone who is inspiring us to get on that treadmill or Gym or Playing Tennis whatever the case is...Exercise is the best...I am off to the Gym actually...First time in a week....So we are all doing very well..
Again Penny, hope your breathing is ok and to push to hard...You are doing wonderful.....Love ya honey...

Just to let you all know that today marks day 2 at the Gym again...So I am pretty proud my of myself...I hope that I can get there again tomorrow after work...I do feel 100% better afterwards......

I too have started to go back to the gym.  My neighbor has inspired me. She just had baby 2 and really wants to lose the weight, especially since she hasn't lost all of the weight from baby 1.  I've probably been going consistently now for about 2 months - about twice a week.  I know I should go more but it's hard with work, having my 2-year old son and having to take care of the house.  Sometimes I just don't have anyone to watch my son but I've started taking a kickbox cardio class and it is great.  What a workout.  Last night I tried a new class - boxing circuit training.  It was a lot of drills, like running, jumping rope, jumping jacks, hopping over the step.  It was intense but a good workout.  She said it should burn about 400 calories!  So if you are a member at a gym try checking these types of classes out.  They are really good cardio and fun.  Pushes you too!

I need to start slow!!  walking, biking and hopefully get back to yoga! and maybe back to fencing some year soon ....... :)

Wow i haven't been to the Gym in ages..I have laxed in that area and really need the motivation to get my butt there.Just so much happening in my life right now that thats the least on my plate..Sorry..Maybe someone can help me out to get there again..I felt so much better......Anyone!!!!!!!
