I have two huge mullberry trees in my front yard..this year the one by the house shot up and is now 35' the one in front yard 18' -20'
 
 
Here in Az fall weather does not hit till thanksgiving..our
temps go from 85-90 in oct to low 70s 60..then the leaves fall
and boy are they falling.. 
 
i got on the scale Monday and i was 248  then i got on the scale
this morning and i am 243 ..
 
8 bags of leaves later.. 3 1/2 hours yesterday.. LOL
 
who needs a gym ???
 
this is great exercise..and with my little headset on i can
listen to soft soothing music.. do my prayers..and connect
with the beauty of the earth ..
 
yes my arms are tired and achy but its a good feeling
you know your going to sleep good when you work out hard..
 
and i drank 4 bottles of water ..while raking the leaves
no diet cola..
 
the salt content is really bad on my legs swelling up..

Hi Lynne!
Congrats on finding an exercise that really works for you.  Too bad it is only seasonal.  LOL!  It's a shame you don't live up north like me...you could get a workout shovelling **** too!  (yes...it's a dirty four-letter word in my book!)
