I received a contest promotional advertisement in my e-mail that I normally toss out but it caught my eye. I continued to read it and ended up ordering Nexiderm through it. It was $5.95 for the jar, thats all it said. The item cmae and the receipt said I had ten days to use it or send it back or I would not get my money back. I laughed it off not worried over $5.95 or caring either way. UNTIL I reviewed my account and saw a charge for $89.95 off my account to the same company. I was livid and couldn't get on the phone fast enough. Thye told me I had to have seen it on their web site. I explained I wasn't on their web site where I order this from and was not informed about the charge. They said that if I didn't want the charge it should have been returned within the ten days. They will not refund my money. I will be looking for the area I got it from and taking it to my bank and discussing it with the fraud division, I called the bank already. They said the $5.95 was for Postage and handling. Watch what you do, they really pulled a fast one on me and I do read everything, it wasn't there in this case. After I hung up I went to their website and yes it is over there but that isn't where I got it from. I am so mad over what they did to me.

By chance, did you keep the e-mail that was sent for the contest promotion? Did you delete it but possibly still have it in the trash bin?

That would make me livid. I hope you refuse to pay and make it hard on them.

Adair, I have it and will show the bank first on Monday and go from there.

Absolute- They already took the money from my account they had on record for me.

How frustrating, annoying... It's these companies that make it bad for all the others as it makes you paranoid about ordering things online or to even try out anything. Hope you get your money back and a lot more! Laureen
