It's important to take care of our feet and we tend to foget them. The nails need to be kept trimmed and the feet need to be kept soft with lotion. Anyone know about reflexology? It teaches us what all our feet actually does for us and just how more they are than just made for walking. Heres the link Foot Reflexology: Healing thru Pressure Therapy | |

"Foot Reflexology is a "pressure therapy" and involves applying focused pressure to certain known "reflex" points located in the foot, which correspond to certain other areas in the body." I would say start massaging the pressure point areas and give it a try. Use a nice lotion while you're at it and pamper those feet. Our feet really get abused with all the walking we do.Angelbear dont ever look like this.. anti ageing is the key - Q: so have I seen my toes recently? A: only when I can find them ! Q: have you ever seen an elephant massage his/her feet. A: thats why they love mud baths.. lol to all . | Oh, Muriel, you're hysterical!! You know.....when I used to get aggraved with my husband, I would say "Please quit acting like your brain is in your big toe!!" Gee Wizzzz!! I didnt know it really was!!!! LOL | LOL! Some people just don't realize how important our feet are and what purpose they serve besides helping us walk to do our chores and shopping. LOL! You must print that one out and show your hubby to let him know how correct you were. Over the years I have ready books on Reflexology. I find it facinating. I read all sorts of books on various subjects. I love walking through the bookstore and viewing on the subjects just to see what stikes me. I haven't heard of that cream but I imagine it must soak into the feet and help soften them. |

The summertime is rough on my feet because I wear sandals all the time. So, at nighttime, I smother them in vaseline and sleep with socks on. It really makes them so soft! |

Try using an exfoliation sponge or something abrasive to take off thickened layers of skin . I used to have that stinky foot problem after wearing panty hose (turns out I'm allergic to spandex, latex and any stretchy material that is not covered with a material that I'm not allergic to. The only thing that really helps when I discover my feet are not smelling like roses is to exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate. I use an abrasive sponge --something like a "buff puff" and a liquid scrub that has alpha and beta hydroxy acid in it as well as "scrubbing beads". This has solved my problem. |
