The Last Time I Chewed Bubblegum: I'm not too sure of the date,but I sure remember why.Dh was a backseat driver(still is)& I usually chew gum(bubble or regular)when I'm nervous.I'm not a nervous driver,it's Dh who MAKES me nervous! Last Thursday, trash day. I thought being midnight no one would notice be run our can to the curb in my sloopy nightgown (and everything drooping, if you know what I mean). Unforunately, the neighbor right across the street (male--fully clothed) was doing the same thing. We waved quickly and I ran back in the house pink-cheeked. One week ago, Saturday. Had to drive the mail to the sorting center, because I missed the truck by 15 minutes, so called Hubby and asked him out to dinner. It was a nice evening. Ummm, "When was the last time you watched an old black & white movie?" I just watched last night the 1939 version of "The Hunch Back of Notre Dame". I had forgotten that Maureen O'Hara was the young lady. |
