Anyone here plant an herb garden?  My husband is our gardner, but this year I am really interested in starting a herb garden of my own.  I'm just not sure what and how much to plant.

Can anyone suggest a good book on the subject?

Thanks
daystar

I did one many years ago... to me it was too much time for the amount of herbs that were produced.... I had to buy herbs at the grocery store..... it did not produce enough for me to use.... it was probably me .... I'm not the best gardner.... lol

My hubby and i plant a herb garden every year- we keep it small as its jus the 2 of us- we go to nursery and buy a couple plants each- We love mint, chives, basil, thyme, oregano - my thyme and oregano also mint is coming back this spring- no need to replant new.
