japeno peppers?(sp) Dose anyone know if they can get frooze, how about if I first par boil them?
 
I have too many peppers to make a batch of salsa but not enough to canned so I was wondering if I could par boil and freeze them till I was ready to use them.

FBR:  I freeze the bell peppers just my chopping them up and putting them in freezer bags or containers. Don't Par Boil them it will make them to watery. Just chop and put in container of your choice. They are good for cooking with and salads. Have fun.

Yes they will. Freezing them is a good thing. They will be good for cooking them in your salsa and if it is a fresh salsa they will still be good.
