The pollens in the air from a wet spring and the wind (+ the dust) is driving me up the wall. My left eye is scratchy feeling and constantly watering, my nose is worse than a dripping faucet, and what is not dripping is running down the back of my throat!
I have tried gargling salt water for the sore throat and guess I will make some saline water in a little bit so that I can sniff it to see if it will dry my nose up.
I am leary of antihistimines as they can cause problems with Dystonia. I am not sure if it would do anything since the DBS but really do not want to chance it.
I am not too bothered by allegies but I do run two air purifiers. They are supposed to capture mold spores and they do keep the rooms fresh smelling due to the charcoal filter.
