Does anyone have any good ideas for snoring husbands? I'm so tired from lack of sleep!
We've tried those Breathe RIght strips and they don't work.

Sounds like it's time to bring Dh's Dr. in on this case.Or you can get a bag of nice spongey earplugs. But excessive snoring can be a health hazard.(I'm not just talking about you killing Dh in his sleep, lol)

time to move him to the extra room if you can't find anything that helps.
I know they have breathing masks for people who snore bad.  It is a health hazard for some so best to have the doc check it out.

When my dh snores, I give him a shake and make him roll over, which usually works.  If the strips don't work, I agree that he may have a medical problem.  I know that sleep apnea is a big thing now.  Even in our rural area, they have sleep disorder centers for people who have those kind of problems.

Does he feel rested and energetic during the day?
If not, he may benefit from a CPAP  (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) machine , or  similar device
that  forces the airway to open  past any obstruction.

If interested, check this site  or ask your doctor about it.

Hey Tech!
Give him a choice between the Doc or your elbow jarring him in the ribs all night

My dm said to sew a tennis ball on the back of his pants. It would make him roll over to his side. She would elbow my s-dad or go on the couch.
Like the others said, it can be a serious problem.

Snoring can be an indicator of sleep apnea.

I don't know what to tell you.  When we built the house we're in now, we got an extra bedroom and I am sleeping in it.     After 19 years of sharing a bed with my husband in a tiny house and having noise in excess of 90 decibels in my ear all night I was ready for a room on the opposite end of the house from him and I got it.  I wasn't going to sign any loans to build this house unless a separate room for me was part of the deal.
