My ds and dd gave me a gift certificate to a great spa and I had a Hot Stone Massage. Have had regular massages before and was very anxious to try this one out. It was AMAZING!!!!! For 70 minutes, my body was soothed by the heat of these special stones while the rest of my body was worked over with warm oils and a massaging stone. Sounds wierd, I know, but it was the best massage I've ever had. It even opened my sinuses (they put small stones on your face in stragic places).
They say the heat from the stones penetrates your bones and joints and many people claim they can still feel the benefits weeks later. All I can say is I can't wait for my next one!
