Maybe he doesn't want to bathe in what he drinks? LOL! I don't have birds so I don't know. How many birds do you have?

  i've seen birds try to bathe in their water dishes before.

its hilarious, cuz their bodys just dont fit. how they still manage to get all wet is  beyond me.

 I have a bird bath that I keep in the garden. The tall upright ones. I keep fresh water in it all the time and birds do you it. You have a lot of birds. Do you have a special room for them and all the cages?

the 2 tiels are bonded and in a cage together.

the other birds have their own cages.

all of them are in the living room. since they are social creatures,

seems the best place, since we spend alot of time there.

i'm always talking to them.

they have their out of cage time. the two bigger birds are out most the day. the tiels are watching eggs right now, and are slightly territorial.

  my grandparents(in upper mich) had a bird bath like yours. plus there was home aid bird houses, feeders and flowers everywhere. it was fun watching the birds.
