How good is your internal clock at waking you up on time?

What do you like to fall asleep to at night? A radio, fan, television, something else, nothing?

Lousy ... I have to use an alarm clock and even then the snooze button is just too convient -- Bam ..........

I'm use to the hum of my ceiling fan and the warmth of Skeeter (dog) within the circle of my arm.

I have no  mandatory wake up time. If I do have to  get up early on rare occasion, I set teh alarm.  Ugh!
There is nothing on except the recent purr of the CPAP I now use.

I wake up every morning between 6:30 and 7:00. I have a fan to help me sleep year round.  The quiet whirrr of it is soothing.  Could't sleep without it now I think.

I've never relied on an alarm clock, but have used one on occasion as (once or twice a year!)as a back up when it was important that I get up at a time other than my usual. I've sometimes wondered if I actually really go to sleep

My clock isn't always reliable.Sometimes I wake up 5mins b4 the alarm, sometimes 2hrs.If I sleep all the way up til the alarm,it's usually because I'm having a great dream or I've gotten really comfortable.
I always keep a good book by the bed for a sleeping pill, lol

It doesn't work so well unless I have somewhere fun to go and wake up automatically. LOL! I use the alarm on my cell phone to wake me each morning. I love the snooze button.

I really can fall a sleep with nthing but I do enjoy hmming noises or rain hitting the window. I have one of those little machines to that makes sounds of nature when i want it.

Anymore, sleeping in till 8am in a luxury.  My body decieves me telling me it's time to hit the bathroom or the dogs hear me stirring in my room and wake me up with their whining to go out.  I just hate Saturdays when I have to be up at 6:30am to get ready for work.

I love having the fan going to lull me to sleep and have air moving in the room.  Chris when he's home has to have the radio going which keeps me awake for the longest time before I can drift off.  He loves listening to Coast to Coast Live AM with George Noory.

I need the alarm clock. On days off I will wake up early but go back to sleep.
I like to read in bed. I do a few chapters or less. If I'm really tired I go right to sleep.

i use the alarm on my cell phone as a back up; but usually wake 5 min before it goes off. I like the ceiling fan on, but all i need is dark and a pillow....and my hubby if he's not snoring
