Doe --I have noticed many posts you have made regarding your health. Could you possibly make a post under Health so it doesn't get lost under the other boards? Put the subject "Doe's Breast cancer" so we can follow your journey with you. You are such a good hearted lady and have had to endure so much and will the rest of your life. Could you please tell us about it at the link above? Hows Roz doing? Hugs! Angelbear |

Min; Yep right hear in the Land of Lincoln, Galva IL. Our son-in-law farms with his Father and Brother and is a welder for a foundry in Galva. The Family Farm, in Bishop Hill, IL, has been in his family ever since Bishop Hill was founded by the Swedish Immigrants. Bishop Hill gets a visit from the King of Sweden about every 3 yrs and they have several things going on throughout the year that involves Swedish tradition. It really is a lovely little quiet walk into history. Not a very big settlement, but full of history. Our daughter & family live where several community farming borders meet. They have a Kewanee phone number, a Galva address, in a Cambridge School District and are 10 miles from every community surrounding them, which is really a bizarre coincidence. They are 20 minutes away from our house (another little farming community - Mineral) and our oldest daughter is right at an hour away from us, near Starved Rock State Park between Ottawa & Utica, IL. |
