Wanted to update you all on how my daughter is doing after her move to Las Vegas. You were all so supportive that I just have to let you know that all is going wonderfully well with her.
Talked with her for about an hour and half on the phone last night. Me who hates to talk on the phone. She called to let me know that her furniture had arrived and all was there and nothing broken. The kids where thrilled with the surprises that we put in with the things. She is working and has a home now. Said it was hard to find a daytime job but she did and it pays well. She wanted to be home in the evenings and nights with the little ones. Her house that she is renting has three bedrooms one for the boys, one for the girls and one for her. The rent is a little steep but it is close to the school so the kids can walk so Las Vegas grandma is going to help her by paying for daycare. Two of the kids are in school and loving it and she gets home two hours after they get out of school. So they are only at the daycare for those two hours the two youngest are there all day. It is all working out well for her and I'm happy that she is loving it out there. I miss her dearly but knowing she is safe and happy makes it easier.
There was a report in our paper that the dirt bag (kids father) is in jail for selling dope. I hope they lock him up forever.
Again thanks for your support through this. It helped that I could come here and get the hugs and backup that I needed to get through it all.
