                                                      Banana Bread

3  Ripe Bananas                               1 1/2  Cup of Flour
1  Cup Sugar                                       1     tsp.  Baking Powder
               1  Egg                                                   1     tsp.  Salt
1/4 Cup Melted Butter                         1/2  Cup Walnuts (optional)

        -  Mash Bananas with a fork
        -  Add melted butter and mix well
        -  Add egg and mix well
        -  Add Sugar and mix well
        -  Add Flour, baking powder, and salt and mix well

    Pour into a loaf pan.
Bake for ONE hour at 325 degrees

Glaze:

    2  T  Butter (melted)
    2  T  Milk
    1  tsp Vanilla
    1  C  Powdered Sugar

I melt the butter with the milk and the vanilla in the microwave and then add it to the powdered sugar.  You may or may not need to add more powdered sugar......it just depends on the thickness that you want.  Then I drizzle it over the Banana Bread while it is still hot so it will soak in a bit.
