The closest thing I can compare this too is a cheese danish cake covered in a slice of cinnamon toast....

Ingredients:

2 cans pkgs of crescent rolls
2 8 oz pkgs of cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg separated
1 cup sugar + 1/4 cup for topping
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup crushed pecans

Spray a jelly roll pan with cooking spray. Carefully open 1 can of crescent rolls,  press out lay in bottom of pan.

Stir cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, egg yolk, vanilla until creamy. Spread mixture over
crescent rolls covering completely. Press out the other can of rolls and lay on top of the creamy mixture. Slightly beat egg white and brush over the top. Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar mixed with cinnamon and then drizzle chopped nuts over the top as well.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

OMG, does THAT sound amazing. I'm not much of a baker, but that I can handle. The cream cheese icing type filling  is making me drool.

This sounds too good to pass up. Will have to try to adjust this to being diabetic friendly. Just love a challenge.
